About Me

Born and raised in Virginia by my parents who taught me the value of a good work ethic, loving unconditionally, communication, and a life of faith. Through 36 years of teaching and coaching young children, colleagues, parents, and young adults, I eventually completed graduate school while loving and raising my own family. I am delighted to share my experiences, education, and achievements to empower and equip others, especially families and young adults. As a life coach, I desire to counsel and encourage clients on matters having to do with family, parenting, personal achievements, challenges, careers, relationships, and temperaments.

While raising my family, I spent years as a teacher, coach, trainer, retreat and workshop presenter. My expertise addresses family, parenting, individual goals, and problems to help my clients deal with the sometimes-overwhelming prospect of starting new families, and professional jobs while still running a household or career. Today I offer a wide range of coaching programs and services – from family/individual coaching, to seminars, conferences, retreats, and workshops.
